The markings for the weight on the lowest notes 57 - 73 - 67 - 63 - 76 (grams). All these should be 52 grams. The piano has been wildly inconsistent, and far too heavy. Fixing this is not officially part of "hammer replacement", but with sufficient time I can make a big difference to the weight.
